Une lignee familiale sur 3 generations<\/h2><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Notre exploitation a vu le jour dans les ann\u00e9es 50, avec plusieurs parcelles sur les communes de Berru et Nogent l\u2019Abbesse, \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres de Reims, en pleine appellation Champagne.<\/span><\/p>

Depuis plus de 10 ans, nous travaillons en viticulture raisonn\u00e9e, sans d\u00e9sherbant, ni insecticide.
Depuis 2022 notre exploitation est labellis\u00e9e HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) et VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne).<\/span><\/p>

Un terroir caracteristique de la Champagne<\/h2><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nos 3,20 hectares sont tr\u00e8s majoritairement plant\u00e9s de c\u00e9page Chardonnay, \u00e0 95%. Les 2 autres c\u00e9pages caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019appellation compl\u00e8tent notre exploitation (Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier).


Nos vignes grandissent sur les sols crayeux de part et d\u2019autre du Mont de Berru, et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une exposition Est\/Sud-Est principalement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dans notre Maison, la valeur travail est essentielle.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Aussi, que ce soit tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e dans nos vignes, lors des vendanges, puis au cours des diff\u00e9rentes phases de pressurage, fermentation, assemblage, ou d\u00e9gorgement, nous fa\u00e7onnons nos champagnes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 reproduire toute l\u2019expression aromatique de notre terroir.<\/span><\/p>

Nous retrouvons ainsi cette signature, dans des champagnes min\u00e9raux, \u00e9l\u00e9gants et vifs, selon les cuv\u00e9es. Les ar\u00f4mes d\u2019agrumes, de bonbon anglais, notamment, sauront \u00e9veiller jusqu\u2019aux palais les plus exigeants.<\/span><\/p>

Nous commercialisons nos bouteilles environ 4 ans apr\u00e8s les vendanges, afin de proposer des vins arrondis, qui ont pris leur temps avant d\u2019arriver sur vos tables.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
